down bailey!

Rachel and I always wondered why our nice apartments were the same price as the severely crappy apartments near NAU. We told ourselves it was the distance to campus that drove the price down. Night after night, the truth behind this discrepancy rears its ugly head. You know the image when you come home to the aroma of dinner baking in the oven (yeah right), we come home to the smell of dog food. At night, the air around our apartment smells like you straight stuffed your head in a bag of the stuff. For those of you who own or have access to dog food I encourage you to try for yourself. Gross huh? Darn Purina plant.

This brings me to my next topic. Whenever the above incident occurs I say, "I should blog about that". Is that sad? That I actually say out loud, "I should blog about that". To make matters worse when discussing this with Rachel, I said "I should blog about that" In reference to saying "I should blog about that". And, now I am.

losing my religion

Who knew one's spirituality could be summed up with a five question quiz?

You are a Self-Discoverer

You're not religious, but you've created your own kind of spirituality.
Introspective and thoughtful, you tend to look inward for the divine.
You are distrusting of all forms of organized religion.
You especially dislike religious gurus and leaders, who you feel are charlatans.

better start repenting

I don't believe in Armageddon. Or at least, not the biblical version as described by the book series Left Behind. I just don't think the righteous are going to float up to heaven while the rest of us suffer the trials and tribulations that come with not being "saved". That was until today. Someone that must be named Lucifer revived Scott Stapp’s career with the realease of a solo album. The lead singer from Creed is back on the radio. I can't stand him. Forget the tidal waves, the hurricanes, and George Bush’s being elected for a second term; this is the true sign of the apocalypse.
